Clear answers.
Easy decisions.
What does a VPN do?
A VPN creates an encrypted connection between your device and a VPN server. It can help protect traffic on shared networks and changes the public IP address seen by websites. It does not make you anonymous or replace safe browsing habits.
Will my plan renew automatically?
These are prepaid terms. You pay once for the selected duration. Automatic recurring billing is not included.
Can I download a Gold VPN app now?
Contact us for supported VPN client downloads and setup instructions for your device.
How will I receive my login?
After your order, we manually activate your VPN and email your access details and setup instructions. Use an email address you can access. Your VPN login is separate from your Shopify account.
When does my access start?
Your prepaid term or trial starts when we activate your VPN access. We email your login and setup instructions. The three-day free trial requires no credit card, and plans do not renew automatically.
